Abstract

The Drug Use Monitoring in Australia pilot project seeks to measure drug use among those people who have been arrested and held in custody by police. The focus of this paper is on the urinalysis results from the DUMA site at Southport. The data collected provides information about drug offenders, whether drug use varies according to the type of offences charged, and multiple drug use.
