Crime in Australia

Abstract

Speakers at this symposium discuss ways to tackle crime. Papers discuss crime prevention, as well as different types of crime, including organised crime, child abuse, family violence, white collar crime, violence against women, consumer crime and violent crime. Papers also explore Aboriginal justice issues, policing multicultural Australia, fraud against the government, juvenile justice and the changing social context of crime.
