Crime and justice statistics in Papua New Guinea

Abstract

This project emanated from the 49-point strategy, formulated by the National Executive Council in October 1984, aimed at improving the law and order situation in Papua New Guinea. One of these 49 points was that advice should be sought on improving the flow and quality of information on crime and the operations of the criminal justice system. (Foreword)
