Produced by the Library, CINCH is a database of Australian material on all aspects of crime, criminal justice and criminology in Australia and the region from 1968 onwards.
Source documents indexed in the database are journal articles, books and chapters, conference papers and proceedings, research reports, theses, government documents, statistical publications and unpublished materials. Subjects covered include criminology, corrections, crime prevention, juvenile justice, Indigenous justice, criminal justice law, law enforcement and policing. Records include abstracts, subject terms, bibliographic details and, wherever possible, links to the full text.
Most documents in the CINCH database are held in the Library. Items can be borrowed as interlibrary loans, organised through your library.
Many recent documents are available online. These have the URL provided in the full version of the record. Copyright restrictions prevent us from providing the full text of other material online.
