Wildlife legislation in Australia: trafficking provisions

Halstead examines the different State and Federal legislations on fauna trafficking and the impact of these differences on the enforcement of trafficking provisions. She discusses the marketplace for wildlife commodities and the objectives of effective regulation, legislative provisions for intrastate and interstate transactions in fauna and non-legislative administrative provisions.
