This conference was organised by the Australian Institute of Criminology in association with the Australian Institute for Gambling Research.

Introduction

This conference examines the key regulatory and social issues relating to the gambling industry in Australia including: regulation from both industry and government perspectives, on-line gambling, the social impact of gambling on Australian society, criminal justice issues, controlling the technology, liability and litigation issues, and financial issues.
